Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change! To ensure fairness and smooth operations for all clients, please take note of our policies:

​Bookings:

• All sessions must be booked and paid in advance to reserve your spot.

• We do not accept cash payments; all transactions must be completed electronically at the time of booking.

​Cancellations:

• Cancellation Policy:
  To receive a full refund for your booked session, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed classes are non-refundable.

• Refunds:
  Refunds will only be issued according to the cancellation policy and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
  
  

Trial Class Policy:

• Each new client is eligible for one trial class only. Multiple trial bookings are not allowed under any circumstances.
  
  

Prepaid Multi-Session Packages:

• All class packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Packages are non-refundable.

• If a session is not canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, it will be deducted from your package.
  
  

Non-Transferable:

• All classes and sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
