Bookings:

All sessions must be booked and paid in advance to reserve your spot.

We do not accept cash payments; all transactions must be completed electronically at the time of booking.
Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund for your booked session, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. -
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed classes are non-refundable. -
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued according to the cancellation policy and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
Trial Class Policy:

Each new client is eligible for one trial class only. Multiple trial bookings are not allowed under any circumstances.
Prepaid Multi-Session Packages:

All class packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Packages are non-refundable.

If a session is not canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, it will be deducted from your package.
Non-Transferable:

All classes and sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
